About Data Centers
General Information
Our servers are located in modern data centers owned by iPCore and Serverius, situated in key regions of Europe.
These data centers are equipped with advanced technologies to ensure uninterrupted server operation and provide high-quality services.
Security
Access to the facilities is strictly controlled through passes.
All entrances, hallways, and equipment areas are under 24/7 video surveillance.
Access to server rooms is only permitted with electronic key cards, and the servers themselves are secured with additional external locks.
Reliability
Fiber optic and copper cables are routed through dedicated conduits above the server racks.
Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems ensure continuous operation until backup generators are activated in case of power outages.
In the event of a power failure, backup generators automatically start and can operate for several days on stored fuel.
Local suppliers can promptly deliver additional fuel if necessary.
Maintenance
Redundant industrial HVAC systems regulate temperature and humidity levels.
Cool air is delivered to the front of the server racks, while warm air exits at the back.
Our technical team provides round-the-clock maintenance and monitoring 365 days a year.
More information about the data centers can be found on the official websites: iPCore (Spain) and Serverius (Niderlands).
